Error: Cannot use data form due to too many fields in worksheet.
Error:
Too many fields in the data form.
Cause:
The number of fields on the worksheet exceeds the number of fields that can be included in a data form, which is 32 fields.
Solution:
Reduce the number of fields in the worksheet to 32 or less fields. Or, type or modify records directly on the worksheet. Or, select 32 or less fields to modify existing fields using a data form.
To reduce the number of fields in the worksheet, do one of the following:
1) Delete any unnecessary columns in the worksheet:
a) Select the column to be deleted.
NOTE: To make sure the entire column is selected, click on the column reference.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Delete'.
2) Move a part of the worksheet into a new worksheet:
a) Select the part of the worksheet to be moved.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Cut'.
c) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Worksheet'. (A new worksheet is inserted.)
d) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. (The data is pasted into the new worksheet.)
